Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
As we are about to hear from Sony on their Summer 2023 Playstation showcase later this week, and from Xbox on June 11, I wanted to take a look at what games are currently slated for release on all platforms before all the major companies hold their Summer games showcase presentations. In this episode I look toward the games that are noteworthy or ones that I am eager for coming for the rest of 2023 - at least so far! I fully expect that this list will have many more entries after everyone has had their Summer games presentation. Once that happens I will do a follow up episode to see if my excitement has been shifted around at all. Side note: I miss E3, when all this news came out in a more defined amount of time!
