At the Heartbeet Lifesharing Community fresh flowers and beautiful art fill the homes with a warm, therapeutic environment that supports the well-being of each individual and the community. Domestic and life skills are cultivated through meal preparation and shared upkeep of the homes. A typical home at Heartbeet consists of 3-4 special needs adults, two long term coworkers, some with children, and 2-4 short term volunteers, all working as a team.
