- Awareness - The buyer becomes aware they have a problem that can be solved
- Muse - The buyer is looking for inspiration and finding the solution
- Purchase - The buyer is now evaluating the solutions and making a decision
- Engage - The buyer is now a customer, and we need to make sure they are onboarded
- Develop - Creating a repeat customer, renewal, reference or advocate
