Yesterday was our Winter Solstice, and today, our friend Ruha Cathy Delwiche will be leading us on a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki journey called "Whole Body Listening."

This is the time of darkness – we will experience the shortest period of daylight and the longest period of darkness. This is a time of release and transformation – we use the available energies to release old habits, negative thought forms, and limiting beliefs.

And just as the darkness must give way and change into the Light, we too can be ‘reborn’ into the new Light and experience the rebirth of our Soul as the Great Wheel turns. We replace outdated ideas with new patterns of feelings, new ways of being – seeds carefully planted to manifest themselves at the proper time.
