There isn’t a lot of difference between humans and animals when faced with danger. We both provide a response in whatever traumatic situation we might find ourselves in, but what matters most is how we handle it. In today’s episode, I’ll be talking about how horses use the four trauma responses. I’ll talk about the various ways horses teach us to reconnect with our instincts by understanding trauma, providing a response and managing it.
