This was recorded during my time at home because of snow and ice. The isolation had me in my feelings, reflecting on things and dealing with some depressive thoughts. I recorded this in order to truly be vulnerable and transparent with some of what I deal with. I'm better now but still wanted to keep the mask off and share this moment to continue to be vulnerable and transparent. This is part one so there will be a follow up episode.
