Today is a big day and a very awesome day...EPIC, some might say. Why? Because today I have with me on the show USAF Master Sergeant, Author and friend, D.L. Jennings. Now, that might not be a name you've heard about YET, but trust me, you will.

Jennings has already released book one in the Highglades series (its looking to be a trilogy!) and he has just announced his 2nd book in the series, Awaken the Three. This book is available now for pre-order on Amazon.com as well as Barnes and Nobles and it will officially be available in stores on August 11.

Jennings shares with us a little bit of his history, his motivations for becoming an author, a bit about the first and second book (SPOILER FREE) and even shares some of his thoughts on where he wants this series to go in the future.
