We are congruent to the extent that our thoughts feelings, emotions and experience of the physical world all lineup and match. When they don't, its a sign that there is some form of conflict somewhere. By consciously accepting the specifics of that conflict. It gets resolved and creates greater congruence, and the peace love and joy that comes with that.
