In this episode, I had the esteemed honor to interview Helen Marks Dicks, Advocacy Director of AARP Wisconsin. Helen shared her perspective on flaws of the senior care industry and how COVID-19 exposed the industry. She expressed her view on why the pandemic was so damaging to nursing homes and the future of senior care industry as a whole.
