There’s a lot of confusion these days about what it truly means to live well. With all the influencers pushing quick fixes, diets, and cleanses, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise of what wellness “should” look like. But real wellness is so much more than just some trend—it’s about finding the practices that truly feel good for you, and learning to be rooted in the present moment.

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Katy Rexing, a writer, meditation teacher, and mindfulness advisor in her mid-40s who is reimagining what it means to live “well.” Katy is dedicated to empowering women in mid-life to embrace more ease, peace, and joy in their daily lives.
