Opening up about myself and my past has never been an easy thing for me. It typically isn't something most men talk about. We all go through our own trials and tribulations in life, the way we find or reach the other side can be different for everyone. I wanted to share some of my story in the hopes that I can relate to some of my listeners on a deeper level.
The entire podcast isn't all sad and soppy, I go through some of the challenges I had to face and overcome. At the end of it all I have come through the other side a lot more empowered and focused on my true purpose and goal.
