Considered one of the music industry’s most successful female music executives, Vicky has discovered, developed, or managed the careers of Guns N Roses, Mötley Crüe, Poison, Faster Pussycat, Motherwind, and many others. Sales figures of the acts Vicky has developed are over 250 million records in sales.

Vicky is featured in the “I Wanna Rock” docuseries and the “June” documentary, released on Paramount Plus, VH-1s Behind the Music and Driven The BBC, and The Biography Channel.

In addition, Vicky Hamilton has also worked as an A&R executive at Geffen, Capitol, and Vapor Records and had a successful independent record label, which won a Grammy for June Carter Cash, Press On Record.

Vicky has finished a worldwide book tour for her memoir, "Appetite For Dysfunction," and recorded the book as an audiobook released in 2023 on Arena Scripts.

The Electric Panda production company is now developing “Appetite for Dysfunction” as a TV series.

Vicky manages and consults several music acts and owns her record label, Dark Spark Music, distributed through The Orchard/Sony.
