Using Alcohol as a Coping Mechanism… Our special guest Siobhan Marie from the UK is this weeks guest on The Other Side of Addiction, Episode #23.
At an early age she recognized her childhood was toxic, both parents battled with alcohol. As she got older and started to party. She remembers her mom saying… Be Careful it Doesn’t Get A Hold of You. After becoming a mom she realized she’s made the same mistakes as her parents. Two types of alcoholics, those who have lost everything and live on the streets and those who sit home after work and put away a few to help them cope with life’s problems.
She realized it was time to put her problems in a bag and throw them out. We really enjoyed having Siobhan on the show, she’s an amazing women who has so much love towards other’s. Siobhan also talks about Social Media Platforms that are out there for support. You don’t want to miss this one, Siobhan shares some great stuff!
