Today on the podcast is one of the fastest NCAA Women's 1500m runners of all-time Shannon Flockhart!
Shannon has run 2:03.56 (800m), 4:04.98 (1500m), 4:30.83 (Mile) and is a 1500m Bronze Medallist at Euro U23s and a 3xAll-American in the 1500m.
Shannon is also a NIL Athlete for New Balance and is headed into her final year of NCAA at Providence College.
In today's conversation, Shannon and I discuss her evolution in the sport, growing up overseas and the process of coming to the NCAA, her progression throughout the years, her ambitions for the future, and much more!
