On this episode of the School of Healing, I had the opportunity to talk with Sarah Bright and learn more about our chakras and how we hold stress & trauma energetically. Sarah provided an overview of the chakras and gave us insight to identify if we have blocked chakras as well as strategies that we can use to heal and recover.
Sarah has been a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and group fitness instructor for nearly two decades. She's helped thousands of people, on multiple continents, to reach their health and wellness goals. While she still does that work, Sarah is now also the host of the podcast, Your Chakra Coach, a show that blends ancient information about our energy system, with practical modern physiology and psychology. While it started as a show primarily about physical health, the 2020 pandemic created a huge space to discuss mental and emotional health. The show has grown into an exploration of how the chakra system can be used to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness to bring us closer to our highest, most authentic self.
