We took a lot of time explaining our keys during that first 6 weeks of therapy, so this episode is going to focus on the mid-phase of rehab, that 6-12 week period. This is when your patients are getting past that acute phase, but now its time to progress them to get to higher level strength and cardio training. How do we do this safely and effectively.
