May Energy Update: Strong Guidance from Spirit, Emotional Release and Big Opportunities

The May energy update is here! Here is what you can expect, what the month is good for, and what you should wait until a future date to do.

May is a beautiful month, full of opportunity and space to release our wounding. The universe supports us this month on our path and will leave heightened signs and synchronicities. It is important we pay attention to these! The opportunities may not be what you expect, but you can trust they are part of your soul’s purpose.

This month will see the surfacing of many buried emotions in humanity and Gaia, and as such, it is the month of the great release. You may feel extra emotional, but you are encouraged to feel all the feelings.

Overall, the energy is slower, so you are called to trust the process and practice patience this month.
