A Bartender's Holiday by Carole Love Forbes
A New York bartender with a boring life is suddenly swept into an intense romance with a young woman engaged in an international crime ring. They seek FBI help but end up captives to a sinister ring leader and fall victim to his demented exploits. His motive and its consequences are very unsettling.
Carole Forbes has been publishing since 2011 with a range of genres from children's books to historic fiction to science fiction to self help to her biography and now to mysteries. She started writing at the suggestion of her stage friends, after many years of acting and singing.
