She truly coaches the individual to ensure their message is heard and felt. With her approachable, warm manner and strength-based approach, Carmen's clients often build their skills to a point where they can confidently take on opportunities and achieve outstanding results.
Carmen believes this is a skill you can learn and develop if you want to. If you’re ready to do the work.
In this episode, Carme explains why many women are smart and desire to be leaders, but just couldn’t ‘sell’ their ideas to others and therefore were not considered to be great leaders.
It was because they didn’t naturally communicate with confidence and inspire others to follow.
Many women still tend to take a back seat and not use their voice to demonstrate their expertise. They are exceptionally critical of themselves to the point where that mindset is detrimental to their success.
There is a real fear around public speaking/presenting for both men and women. Often talented technical-minded people find themselves promoted to top roles within organisations and tend to delegate the speaking responsibilities as much as possible until they can't anymore.
Listen to learn how to improve your speaking skills and lift your personal and professional brand.
If you want to be a Leader or be seen as an Expert in your field, you must possess the ability to influence by becoming a skilled presenter and public speaker.
