So her and Kevin talk about recording memories and the importance of capturing them - and especially making sure you look back on them from time to time. But there is a fine balance between living in the moment and capturing those memories. Niamh and Kevin then talk about the ‘she lives in me’ trend on TikTok and discuss your inner child, how we loose our innocence and feeling like they haven’t changed since they were children in some ways.
