Several things you know are heavy on my heart as a cause; reproductive health, healthy equity and human trafficking. While I’ve been doing more Pausy research today’s topic has planted itself on my heart. I want to dive into a silent issue that many women are having; the mental distress and anguish while journeying through Pausiness. And not just any level but to the point of suicidal ideation. Y’all the stats are startling and the cases of suicide in women ages 44-55 shook me!
