Kimberly Ashton is a Wellness Coach, Energy Medicine Practitioner, TCM Food Therapist, Author & Educator specializing in Energetic Nutrition. She is also the author of “Chinese Superfoods” based on everyday nutrient dense foods which sold over 8000 copies in China.
She also loves to practice Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qigong & Meditation. Kimberly has trained in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier, and Yoga Nidra with Andre Riehl and is also an iRest Yoga Nidra level 1 teacher.
