Renee King-Sonnen, founder of Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, shares her journey from being a cattle rancher to becoming a vegan farm sanctuary owner. Her transformation began when she moved to a cattle ranch and developed a bond with a calf named Rowdy Girl. She convinced her husband, Tommy, to stop selling cows and eventually bought all the cows to start a sanctuary. Tommy also transitioned to a vegan lifestyle and both experienced health improvements. Renee also talks about her documentary, book, and upcoming feature film that will bring awareness to her cause. She emphasizes the importance of education and inspiring others through her Rancher Advocacy Program.
