This week on the show Maine and Josh recap WHO Craig Jones vs Luiz Panza, we talk about the Spyder Colored Belt Event and preview F2W 172.

In the news section of the show we discuss FloGrappling ADCC style event with multiple brackets and 250,000 in prize money up for grabs as part of it. We also discuss some upcoming matchups that were announced for the next Who's Number One WNO event.

In our recap of WNO Craig Jones vs Luiz Panza We start with the main event and discuss how quickly Craig came out to win with a Heel Hook. We discuss how this might affect his ranking, and some of the techniques he used to finish so quickly.

In the Co-Main Event we discuss Mikey Musumeci Inside Heel Hook submission victory over Lucas Pinheiro to take the number one spot at bantamweight in decisive fashion, we also discuss how much of a force Mikey might be now that he is focusing more of his energy on No-Gi and discuss a number of potential matchups and how he might fair at ADCC.

We discussed the wrestling displayed by Nicky Ryan in his Decision victory over Gabriel Almeida, we also discussed a very interesting back escape that Alameda used repeatedly in the match. Both hosts want to see Nicky take on Folks at the smaller weight classes.

We very briefly discuss the match between Vagner Rocha and Josh Hinger that saw both Grapplers on the feet for the duration of the match.

In our discussion of Oliver Taza vs Johnatha Alves we talked about the two-deep Heel Hook attempts from Oliver, and how he played this match differently than we had seen him play in the past by preventing Alves from passing and being able to out position him.

We discuss the rematch between Jessa Khan and Pati Fontes, that saw Kahn perform a beautiful path of the knee Shield and transition to the armbar.

We talked about how Blown Away we were by both Micael Galvao and Andrew Tackett consistently and how Galvao showcased incredible positional work and submission offense from both top and bottom throughout this match we discussed the crazy transition off of Tackett’s double leg attempt that saw galvao a attempt to take the back towards the end of the match.

We also discussed the other prelim matches between Cole Abate and Sathya Wiltse, and how cold is going to quickly become the purple belt to beat. Plus Damian Anderson vs Luis Quinones that saw big momentum shifts throughout the match and an astonishing back take from Anderson to finish it with a Rear Naked Choke.

In our preview for fight2win 172 we talked about the three matchups that have been announced for the card including Yuri Simoes vs Devhonte Johnson, and how Devonte has been on a great run recently. Jaime Canuto vs Oliver Taza in back-to-back weekends for, and Fellipe Trovo vs Arnaldo Maidana.

In the outro of the show we discussed Maine's wedding, taking place the following weekend.
