On this episode of the Alix Turoff Nutrition podcast, Alix sits down with Stefanie Wiener, RD, CPT. Stefanie Wiener is a New York City based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her training with Northwell Health System.

At her private practice Pure Wellness and Nutrition, Stefanie provides virtual 1:1 counseling, guiding and empowering her clients to reach their optimal nutrition and wellness. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach and is dedicated to helping her clients understand how their specific food choices and eating behaviors are correlated with their health outcomes. Stefanie works with her clients to make realistic changes that lead them to feeling they’re best- mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Some of the topics we covered in this episode include:

  • The importance of eating regular meals and the downside of skipping meals

  • The key habits you can focus on now to improve your health

  • Non-scale wins
