Nina shows us how to design our lives and our environment so that we may reconnect with our nature and the world around us.
With a natural swimming pool and biophilic design it is a place to restore, reconnect and rejuvenate. It is proven that spending time in nature lowers the heart rate and blood pressure, it reduces the production of cortisol, the stress hormone and it actually improves the immune system.
Biophilic Design applies this connection with nature into an architectural and interior design context. By integrating elements such as light, plants, water and earthy materials into built environments, it enhances well-being, health and productivity.
