Donate to CrossFit LA/ Oak Park
Starting January 7th, devastating fires are tearing through parts of LA, leaving the city, including members of our Oak Park / CrossFit LA community’s homes destroyed- including the affiliate owners.
We are raising funds to help the families rebuild and recover. Insurance doesn’t always cover these kind of fires. They have lost everything.
In December, 2024- CrossFit Los Angeles celebrated its 20th anniversary.
Your donation will go directly to the gym owner and families who have lost their homes.
The Crew get together to talk about what is going on in the CrossFit Space, in Pop Culture and life. After a life long friendship we always chat and learn about each other and let you take a peak into those stories. Today we talk about the Masters CrossFit Games as well as the Teens coming to Columbus, Ohio and we could not be any more excited. We also look at the NCC being added to the CrossFit Games season as an in person qualifying event.
