In today's episode, I go over the idea of chasing approval; and trying to people to please. We have all been there, myself included, where we get hit with the hard truth that someone doesn't like us because,e well, we are human and not everyone will. Then. we try and change their opinions about us by working harder and making every effort to change their mind and win them over. Then, we get more hurt and more upset and lose confidence because no matter what, we can't win them over. We blame ourselves, we get hurt. Stop chasing approval from other people. Stop. Be unapologetically you and let things fold as they may. I promise you will be much happier.
