Welcome to the healthy, happy & abundant podcast. My name is Dani Seadon and this is a place to empower you to transform your life and become the best version of you. As a registered nurse turned entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience in business, a self-confessed growth addicts and an auto immune warrior it is my mission to empower people to live their healthiest, happiest and most abundant lives. This Podcast is about my personal experience in business. What the past 15+ years experience in business (in particular the past 7 years in network marketing) has taught me about the importance of being in flow in business and in life. A concept that I call being in "aligned action". One without the other does not move the needle in your business or life but when you are doing both in balance it helps you to progress and achieve your goals, both in business and life.
