I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Four that desires to show up well in conversations with her Type Five partner. We explore the feelings of shame that can exacerbate these moments & how we might move out of the heart space into a more embodied approach to processing emotions. We also took a look at the dynamic of Type Four & Type Fives withdrawing and how they can communicate that need well to each other. We also touched on the moment of Type Four to Type Two in seasons of stress. The Type Four in the coaching space for this episode is someone I formerly supervised years ago now, so it was such a gift to be back into a one-on-one space with her again.
