In this episode I'm sharing how I've changed my opinion on HIIT workouts, how to know if they are or aren't right for you in this season based on your unique body and circumstances, and how to confidently choose workouts that are going to help you balance hormones and keep your energy and moods stable throughout your day and your menstrual cycle.
Whether you are postpartum, on a fertility journey, or just wanting to have good periods and more energy, this episode will help you choose the next best step for you with movement, and will help you change your mindset on how to do it in a way you enjoy.
