Tune in for a special episode in collaboration with University of California, San Diego's “Tritoncast,” LionTree CEO Aryeh Bourkoff joins his alma mater to celebrate the unveiling of the new LionTree Arena on campus.

Since its relatively recent founding in 1960, UCSD has climbed the academic rankings to become one of the Top 20 research universities in the world. With this strong academic foundation, UCSD is also the youngest university in the country to successfully complete a multi-billion-dollar campaign, raising more than $3 billion to continue its “nontraditional path toward revolutionary ideas, unexpected answers, lifesaving discoveries and planet-changing impact.”

Amid this incredible progress, several years ago LionTree saw an opportunity to support UCSD’s exciting growth and transformation with a $5 million gift to fund scholarships for student-athletes as it pivots to NCAA Division I – a key milestone in strengthening the UCSD brand and ultimately attracting the best students, faculty, and staff.
