This episode began with an idea - to explore what it means to have voices in my head, why they're there and whether they can be changed and controlled. This episode has many facets. I talk about negative thought patterns, finding a song for yourself to help bring you out of controlling thoughts, finding what it means to be you - away from others and away from your own self-criticism and beliefs. I touch upon times of me being in ceremonies with others and entering the astral plane to learn about the deepest parts of myself. There are many stories and ideas, which weren't planned, hence why it really is a stream of consciousness.
I love this quote from Tolkien's The Silmarillion:
"A sound arose of endless interchanging melodies woven in harmony that passed beyond hearing into the depths and into the heights, and the places of the dwelling of Ilúvatar were filled to overflowing, and the music and the echo of the music went out into the Void, and it was not void."
