But after battling issues like weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, and even squirrel syndrome for many years, I realized I was missing something important. That’s when I discovered the power of understanding my body’s unique needs through Ayurvedic nutrition.<br><br> This wasn’t just another diet or health fad—it was simple, sustainable, and it transformed my relationship with my body and food. I didn’t need more to-do lists, books, cheat sheets, or complicated programs. Instead, I learned how to instinctively experience my body, listen to it, understand how food affects me, and fix the root causes of my imbalances. I also discovered that our health is influenced by seasons—yearly seasons, life stages, and even monthly cycles, especially for us women.
