Hey there, beautiful mamas! It's Dr. Kailyn Galloway, your go-to postpartum mindset coach. In today's episode of New Mom Naturopath, I share a deeply personal journey - transforming from a stressed-out mama (shoutout to my ADHD for the wild ride!) to a centered, purpose-driven mother.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by the whirlwind of motherhood, trust me, you're not alone.

I remember those days vividly - the chaos, the repetitive patterns, the feeling of being lost in a sea of responsibilities. But through it all, I found a method, a beacon of hope, that helped me navigate the storm and transformed my entire approach to life and motherhood.

Introducing the Galloway Mindset Method Reset:

🌸 Witness: The first step to change is awareness. By collecting data and understanding our habit loops, we can pinpoint where things might be going awry.

🌸 Reflect: Dive deep into introspection. Ask yourself:

  • What's bothering me?
  • Is this the root issue or a consequence of something deeper?
  • Can I change it? More importantly, do I want to change it?

🌸 Repair: Actions have consequences. If you've hurt someone, how can you mend that bond? And how can you communicate the changes you're willing to make?

🌸 Forgive: This step is all about healing. Who do you need to forgive? And sometimes, the most complicated person to forgive is ourselves.

🌸 Change: Now, armed with insights and a clear path, it's time to make those transformative changes. And remember, it's a continuous journey. Collect data, reflect, and keep iterating.

This method has been my lifeline, and I've seen it work wonders for countless other mamas.
