This episode is inspired by a Jeff Lewis podcast episode featuring Dr. Donna Dannenfelser, who impressively transitioned from knowing absolutely nothing about football to a counselor for the New York through a mix of humor and heartfelt stories, the pair place their lives on a stage. We each write the scripts for our lives and cast the people in our play. Did each person play the role they were assigned? Did our script go according to plan? We are the directors of our play. Do we have more responsibility for the parts people play in our life? If we are exactly where we are supposed to be in life, why do we focus on the things or people who are not there.
They also discuss their life in a train analogy. You will hear Tina and Ann's take of how each train car has a role in our life and if we are willing to leave our baggage in the baggage car and leave our past in the caboose. Part 2 will discuss more on this subject.
Tina shares her wisdom on how she believes there are times to be wounded and give yourself time to heal and learn.
