Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!
This week's episode is all about Xbox! In recent weeks, Microsoft has had some bad news and generated a lot of bad feelings from their fans and detractors alike. Alas, not all is lost! I wanted to take this opportunity to send some appreciation and good vibes towards Xbox - although they have hit some rough times, there is still lots to love about the green machine! I go through what I feel are Xbox's biggest strengths and what makes them stand apart from the competition. They have left a lasting mark on the industry and I think they have a bright future just ahead. It is a future that all gamers will benefit from ultimately, no matter where your feelings land regrading Microsoft's little box that could.
