Dr. Cofield has created a social media company that provides both online and in-person education for fitness professionals and other online businesses. Chris and Shante discussed algorithms, timing, carousel posts, traction, purpose to be authentic and why social media is a tool to help business.

Since starting The Movement Maestro LLC, I have amassed a social media following of over 70,000 awesome individuals, which has lead to international speaking opportunities including Dubai, New Zealand, and Australia. In April of 2018 I launched what became an equally successful podcast, Maestro on the Mic, which has been downloaded over half a million times to date. I now focus my business on providing both one-one-one and group coaching for movement professionals, with a focus on brand strategy and development and the ever-growing digital marketplace.
