On the 86th episode of the Jiu-Jitsu Outlet show, I talk to Jiu-Jitsu black belt and world class competitor Andrew Tackett.
Starting Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 6 gave Andrew a different experience of life. Instead of growing up in the traditional system, he grew up competing and learning how to be a ninja.
In this interview, we dive into how a lifetime of BJJ training has helped Andrew's life off the mats. We also discuss his spiritual life and hear about the ways that Andrew feels God is using Jiu-Jitsu to help humanity.
Andrew is one of the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes of his generation and it was great to get to speak with him about these more esoteric or ethereal concepts. We dove deep down the rabbit hole and got to hear some wisdom from this young phenom.
