What makes a great clinician? Of course, clinical skills are important, but there are also aspects of being a truly great clinician that we can’t learn in our formal education. Kathy Cervo has been working with Abilities for almost 11 years, spending the past six years as the Director of Client Experience, and she knows a thing or two about what makes a great clinician.
