Do you know how to store Parmesan cheese? If it’s in a block, unopened from the store, it can stay out until you open it. Once opened I usually store it in a plastic bag in the fridge. We go through it pretty quickly as my husband loves to do a pasta night on his nights to cook. But to store a block of Parmesan for a long period of time, wrap it in wax paper to keep the humidity.
