The first topic we discuss is called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) therapy which was invented by mistake and can help folks struggling with traumatic memories and events in their past to process those memories without even necessarily having to talk about what happened! The other technique we discuss is called Brain Spotting, where someone uses a laser pointer and distracts you like a cat. Not really, but kind of!
