It's a challenge; we want to do what's right to take care of ourselves and we oftentimes do the things we absolutely have to do... but what about the playfulness that enables us to cultivate joy? Why is it that we think we don't need or deserve to have play in our lives? Is it that we feel we can do without it or that we don't need it?
