Patricia Paredes, who is originally from beautiful Chile. She is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. She is talented in so many things, also having a black belt in karate and previously competed at the international as well. She started her personal training career in Chile and moved to Australia to learn English 10 years ago, and Australia lucked out, she is still here and calls Downunder home now! Her greatest passion in life is to continuously develop her skills and broaden her experience in different aspects. With Patricia, we spoke about the loneliness and difficulties of integrating into a new culture. The tremendous pressures on women in the fitness industry and social media, her personal struggles with body image and the hurdles of perfectionism. A rollercoaster of emotions.
