This week I talk about rising above barriers with my new friend Ash Brown. Ash was gracious enough to share her story and experiences with marginalization and breaking through barriers. As a woman in corporate America, I am all too familiar with gender discrimination. As an African American woman, Ash of course has had a whole other dimension to endure. We share candidly and openly about what marginalization has done to us and more importantly, the negative impact it can have on teams and communities as a whole. Let's dive in!
