Growing up in Anaheim, CA., and playing for an extremely competitive hockey league, she gained a passion for helping other athletes and non-athletes alike who need who struggle with self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-worth.

Her book, The Empowered Athlete—Self-Confidence, Self-Acceptance, and Self-Worth: An Athlete’s Guide to Excellence, helps athletes excel mentally and realise their power on and off the field.
