As coaches, sometimes we believe that the most valuable things our clients can give us are their time and money.
When somebody enters into a coaching relationship with us, meaning they are on the other side of that transaction, that means that they are
- curious enough to say yes to the transformation,
- curious enough to show up in the sessions,
- curious enough to give us their money,
- curious enough to even give us their time.
Yes, they've given us their time and money, but it’s a mistake to believe that once we get the transaction and our clients start showing up to the sessions, that we've been granted the gift of their most valuable resources.
Time and money are not the most valuable resources that our clients can give us.
In this episode, I want to explain what's truly the most valuable resource that our clients can give us and why it's so valuable.
