Paying Attention is something every wild animal does instinctively. We are sharing how being more like the horses, dogs, cats and elephants of the planet calms our spirit. Evaluating our environment as we go through our day helps us stay in the present moment. Getting into our bodies and out of our head grounds us each and every day. :~)
