This week, we will talk about the relationship with ourselves, the most important relationship we'll ever have. We will analyze how the relationship we establish with ourselves affects how we interact with others, what we think of ourselves, and even how we see the world. We will also go through a set of questions to help you narrow down and learn what kind of relationship you have with yourself, and pay attention to what you need to improve. What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- Why it is essential to establish a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves

- Knowing what triggers us and what doesn't is critical to building boundaries and enjoying our erotic and non-erotic encounters

- How the way we deal with emotions and conflicts can help us understand better the relationship we have with ourselves

- Why it’s harder for many men to receive pleasure than to give it

The more we know ourselves, and the more we are willing to explore profound levels of intimacy with ourselves, the deeper we will connect with others. On the other side of the spectrum, the more we try to hide and cover up the parts of us we believe are not attractive or not good enough, the harder it gets to engage with sexual partners or even with people in general in our lives.
