She began her entrepreneurial journey with the now-infamous WAH Nails and recently founded The Stack, an online women’s community dedicated to providing educational events for advancing in the workplace—both professionally and personally.

A passionate advocate for women, Sharmadean's life is dedicated to empowering others to reach their full potential. In this conversation, we dive into the core lessons from her new book, where she reflects on the past two decades of her life and asks herself, "What did I need to learn to survive and thrive mentally, spiritually, and professionally?"
